Schap’s Shoulder Belt Body Block with Yoke and Ring test form are made of aluminum for reduced weight. They conform with FMVSS 210 and ECE R14 for Static Load testing. For the fixing of the strap, the shoulder belt traction device has two land edges to avoid any drop off of the strap during the pull test.
The radius has 1″ (25.4mm) medium density foam covered by canvas. For ease of maintenance, the cotton duck canvas covers are laced for easy tightening, removal and replacement. Cover kits are available separately.
While these fixtures are designed for use with Schap Static Load equipment, they can be used with any Static Load test equipment. As with most Schap products, we can modify them for other uses as required.
