- During the term of the lease, the customer will maintain all insurance necessary covering any damage to, or total loss of, equipment.
- Schap Inc. will provide repair services at no charge during the standard one-year warranty period.
- Schap Inc. is not responsible for physical damage to products being tested, other equipment, or personal injury caused by the use of the equipment.
- The customer is responsible for making sure the equipment is calibrated.
- Upon default in payment, Schap Inc. will take possession of the equipment listed, and has permission to enter the customer’s premises to do so.
- The customer may purchase the equipment at any time during the lease.
- 100% of lease payments are credited towards purchase within the first three months.
- Buyout amount after three months is based on an amortization schedule from the start of the lease.
- The equipment may be returned by the customer at any time during the lease at their own expense. Schap Inc. will review the condition of the returned equipment, and any repairs the exceed normal wear and tear, will be charged to the customer.
- Upon payment of either the buyout amount or final payment of the term, the customer will assume ownership of the equipment.
- This lease is subject to all Schap Inc. Standard Terms and Conditions.
