SFAD 1 Static Force Application Device
The SFAD 1 Static Force Application Device is a steel device, used to test child restraint anchorage systems. The tests are to ensure their proper strength and location for the effective securing of child restraints and to reduce the likelihood of anchorage system failure, in accordance with FMVSS 225.
