The Single Station Simple Fatigue Controller is a versatile, user programmable, control system for a customer-built pneumatic test fixture incorporating a load cell, a travel limit, or neither.
It is a pneumatically driven cyclical load application control system that operates to a load set point, or to a limit switch set point, or to a displacement set point, or as time-based.
It includes a load cell signal conditioner with excitation voltage, shunt resistor attachment lugs, load cell calibration means and a calibration check button to ensure the load cell is working properly at any time.
